Cheers Guys. SAC, I don't normally Draw with my Wrist, but with one Hand in a Cast and Sling, it doesn't help.
One thing that is going through my Head at the Minute is a Line of a Song, it is "Things, Can only get Better!", So I'm trying to stay positive.
Also, warning to Everyone, when you haven't played any form of Sport in about 4 Months, do not Push too hard when you finally come round to getting a Chance to.

Landed on my Wrist, they [the Doctors] put it in a Cast. From just below the Elbow.

Hope it heels quickly. I also have trouble with my wrist for a couple of weeks. Maybe a ligament or tendon inflammation? Paining horribly when doing certain movements by the thumb. From 2 days ago that I carried a small refrigerator it is worse. My hand is practically useless now. No way to carry George and put him in his chair in the car. Yesterday night his milk bottle slipped from my hand when shaking it and hit right to the spot. The pain was unbearable. I must be more cautious now on. At least it s the left hand.

Wrist OK? Mine is better. It will pain only if I carry weight or use it too much.
