Probably much the same as Zimmlocks as I've only replaced the original graphics. But for this to work also in OTTD I need to see in what way airports/extended airports are built up in OTTD...

The original TTD airport is very modular in design, and OTTD uses those tiles in various configurations. With Zimmlock's airport the terminal building is drawn as a single structure, and that (plus the way the sprites are cut) causes problems when OTTD tries to rearrange the tiles. Your terminal building on the other hand looks like it might work in the same way as the original graphics. I'm just thinking out loud here though...

im looking forward to the airports. i always wanted realistic airports in OTTD but with the limitations you cant do complex ones Would be nice to if you could place airport after another so place 4 airports together to make a massive airport like heathrow. cant wait

if you need pictures of UK airport infrastructure, rader, towers and can send you some of newcastle. I did start making a Newcastle airport addon for flight2004 but another lad from scotland was making the same airport so I just gave him the bits I'd done to go with what he had already made. I had finished this all with the radar disc and the animations but i can't find a picture. here is a video of me landing at newcastle at dawn in a Boeing 757-200 http://flic.kr/p/9uiNGo

Wait you can 3D Model?? You know that makes sprite drawing much easier, if you produce the 3D Models then generate sprites from that...
