All must be set and the second one must be set to 0. The snowline is seasonal so you will not see it at the height of summer. Also if your map has mountains, you will see the line move downward as winter progresses.

any ideas im i doing something wrong? Hmmm ... I just found this on tt-forums: George wrote: Second parameter set to 0 disables changing snowline
Try setting the parameter to "on'. If that works, then George needs to correct his documentation. If that does not work, build a very tall mountain on your map and try both "on" and "off" again. Also make sure the month is at December, January or February.

Results: TTDP: Variable snowline GRFs work in both Temperate and Arctic. OTTD: Temperate has no snowline support. Arctic does. Installing smooth snow transition GRF with parameter 1 = 0 will provide temperate grass in Arctic. You will still need a GRF that provides variable snowlines to see seasonal transitions.

Feels a bit dull to bump this thread for a stupid question but hey, I gotta ask. SAC, do you have a list of the GRFs used in the scenario? I recognize a few but I am curious about the others. Are they publicly available or is it just for your own pleasure?

Anyway, the reason for coming back to this thread is that I have decided to return to my Innovatia v.1 scenario... Mostly due to the never ending raining season that seems to have decided to take the entire summer to show its power... ...and a bit due to the delay of new .grf's to be coded... My fault as I've kept Wally waiting for some road objects - something which I'm working on at the moment... But as not everything is done I've decided to continue with the old scenario rather than with the new one... And I have some interesting projects as far as Olympia concerns in mind... A move of the Centralstation amongst some things which should be fun to do... Expect some new images to be posted here shortly...

Here's an overview of my latest bulldoze attack in Olympia... poor city council what I've been forcing them to put up with all these years... Anyway, some areas downtown are marked for new buildings in the works and some others I haven't decided how to structure up yet... Anybody with a good memory able to see some other changes... more off topic: We are on vacations in Sicilia and it is getting pretty bad here. They fear that that they will go bankrupt next month. Take into consideraton that here we talk about a big producer and feeder of Europe (agriculture & industries) and yet the situation is similar to Greece. Euro economy is doomed. /end off topic SAC it is getting tight there. People of Innovatia will soon protest for a migration to the rich pastures of OTTD!
