Keep in mind that the train is on a bridge that is rather dark itself, something which may make it difficult to spot it properly... Moving around in a map with various backgrounds will of course make it look even more realistic...

I think the windows on the modern wagons are a bit dark, almost as if there aren't any windows at all. Beyond that it is an improvement

I see your point but it's intentional. I'm using a different technique to minimize the visual look of pixel art, something which is best seen when comparing updated engines and coaches with previous ones. I noticed the difference when updating and improving the X2000, and have ever since adapted the same technique on all the rest, and it's a huge difference. The windows are there alright but on darker liveries such as SJ's black one the windows are less visible - which they should be - but the overall effect will show when using them in game! Trust me, you won't be disapointed...

Thank God for having a few days off because I seem to pull out new trains at a very high speed now... And speaking of trains, here's SJ's RC4-engine with the InterRegio-livery; Attachment:

No Swedish set is of course complete without SJ's BlueX-concept; Attachment:

Completed the light blue livery that replaced SJ's brown one, adding both the InterRegio-train, (red border), and the InterCity, (black border); Attachment:

That makes two of us... Wasn't to pleased with the outcome of SJ's InterCity version, (the one with the black border), and even though it's the same blue colourscheme in both the InterRegio version and the InterCity version, they turn out so differently. That's the difference when using a red border which creates a brighter blue colour shade, which at the same time also is the most realistic one. But removing the the red border instead makes the shade darker - and not at all similar to the real colour shade... So, it took some time but eventually I found myself happy with the outcome. The first attempt on top with the latest version below; Attachment:

And speaking of colours and colour shades, a great tip to try to accomplish a specific shade is to google an image of for instance a train you're drawing, copy a small piece of the image that holds that specific colour you're looking for and paste it onto an 8bpp sprite sheet. Now, pay attention to the colours that are dominant, those are the ones that makes up for a specific shade, and with this clear it's easier to start working with the colours that are offered and in the end get the desired results... It's quite remarkable how many different shades can be created using only TTDLX's 8bpp colour scheme...

Yeah, that too... But that's what makes this even more fun... Anyway, seeing as I believe I'm gaining more experience and skills drawing tiny stuff as trains compared to my usual work with buildings and the sort, (and not too long ago I couldn't even imagine myself doing something like trains at all), it's necessary for me to have a second look at train graphics drawn previously. And and now the turn has come to SJ's, (LKAB's), Dm2 and Dm3... In the image below I've attached the Dm3 version drawn by AndersI for the Swedish Set, (first train from the top), and below that is my own version, sort of a remake for my INFRA Train Set. But with the ability to use a new length along with my improving skills I decided to draw a completely new Dm3 from scratch, the two ones at the bottom... However, I'm a bit unsure which one of them to use colour-wise... The dark brown or the lighter brown? I'm personally leaning towards the lighter brown... Any suggestions? Attachment:

Oh, and yes, this set already has a very skilled coder, if not the best, assigned so INFRA Trains will see the light of the day... Just in case anyone is wondering...

The same example as above, but this time with LKAB's livery added in two versions along with AndersI's original Dm3 repainted by me on top. Do note that while AndersI started on a Dm3 with LKAB's livery, it never got completed and as such wasn't part of his final release. The two new Dm3's in LKAB's livery have two different versions, one without the red border, (only a white border), and one with the red border...; Attachment:

Very nice work indeed, I love the different coaches and even the rebuilt MTAB T46 made it into the set.
When will this be available for download, I can't wait to start a new scenario with these

Each unit completed is sent away to my coder, so it's basically a matter of how fast I work myself. I return for work tomorrow which means I'll only have a few hours each day to work on this set, so progress will slow down a bit... And I have quite a few units to complete, but with that said I have improved my skills which also means that it's a lot quicker for me to complete new units... So in other words, quicker than you can imagine you'll be able to enjoy INFRA Trains in your game... I have updated the first post for a better overview of completed units as progress continues...

Thanks to SlemFreaks work with the technical aspect of Simuscape, we now have a status list/tracking table for INFRA Trains available in the first post of this topic... Thanks SlemFreak... Really appreciated... Please note that the current status list/tracking table only holds engines, DMU's and EMU's, but an additional status list for passenger coaches and freight cars will be added later this week...

I see you have listed the X60 in the tracking table, any chance for the X61(Skånetrafiken) X62(Norrtåg) to make it into the set? I know they are pretty much the same train with different paint schemes.

The X60 has two doors on each wagon compared to X61/X62 which only has one. And then it's longer with 6 units instead of 4. The X62 is specified at 180 kph compared to 160 kph for X60/X61. Other than that I believe the only difference is interior design.
Last time I talked to SAC about the X60 the plan was to do the SL white/blue and Västtrafik grey/yellow liveries. But I guess it won't be much work to do Norrtåg and Skånetrafiken's liveries as well.
