Love those station buildings... perhaps a bit skeptic when it comes to the scale... what program do you use to create these - or is it pixel work from scratch?

glad that you like them, I draw them in Photoshop from scratch, is there a program that makes this easier? You draw from scratch as well am I correct? I just have a lot of time on my hands at the moment and am trying to make as much use of it as I can before things get busy again.

As for the scale, I've drawn them to about the same scale as the Amsterdam CS in the dutch station addition set is.(even though I still harbor the feeling that, that building should be a little bigger.)
I've made a quick mock up of one of the stations next to the new Amsterdam CS roof that Quast65 just released, they are similar to the the roof that Den Haag HS should have.
Also put the building next to one of my favorite drawings of yours as comparison.

Yes you have... I believe I was a bit fooled by the image itself as all of them appeared to be off scale, but it all makes sense once viewing them in game... :P

And yes, I draw from scratch as well... although by this time I do have a huge library with loads of various pieces from previously drawn stuff - or stuff that never gotten anywhere...

I don't know if you watch Game of Thrones, but when i read a huge library, I thought of the Library at Old Town. And like the character Sam, I think I would be full of amazement at all the riches that dwell in such a library.

thanks for the kind words.

cheers.

I would have thought the Library of Alexandria if it wasn't somewhere under the Mediteranean.

Made some more progress on binnenhof.
it's a bit longer than I was expecting, but still smaller than the palace of westminster so it's alright.
lots of work still to do on this building. going to do the cathedral part next.

Hmm red tones look completely different from the colors in the photo you posted.

 What the heck, a minor earthquake, while writing this.

yes colors from that picture don't match up indeed, but I don't always work in the same color as the building is.
but this is the picture I started with. building is more brown red brick than the first picture I posted.
but final colors come when I'm close to having the whole complex finished.

earthquakes are a weird feeling I always find.

Been working on a multitude of things and this is the latest.
it's mostly built up out of 1x1 and 2x1 blocks.
based on station Breda. there are still some pieces missing to complete it and still need to figure out the roof.

Will we have overlapping tiles to be able to have a bus station there?

yes, that's the reason for creating it as an overlapping tile so that you can place bus/tram stations in the building.
just like has been done for the Utrecht station that was recently released.
