Honest question: Why do you release something under CC-BY-NC-ND if you don't like it being shared somewhere else?
I can understand your reasons for this (even if I might not share them), but the only point of a CC-BY-NC-ND license is that it allows "to copy, distribute and transmit the work". As it disallows everything else (IMHO making it the most useless CC license of all), the combination is simply equivalent to no license at all (i.e. standard copyright terms) and the CC label misleading.

I was told that considering my personal preferences, this license was the best. But perhaps to achieve what I want a custom license may be the best choice. I'll have to have a look at this further though...

You can add a small exception in the license.

You are of course legally allowed to attach whatever terms you want to your work, but the combination of the CC-BY-NC-ND terms with a 'do not distribute' is not a CC license anymore. CreativeCommons explicitly forbids you to to call the result a CC license!

I see. Then it could be a derivative one. [Instead of CC it could be SS (not those from Nazi Germany but SimuScape.) ]

Hi Ho all, Really like the items in the INFRA grf, but am having some trouble using the tunnel entrance/exits. Are they supposed to be used under the TTDP?? If so then it would explain that I can't build em in OpenTTD. They have red borders around there boxes in the menu. Some other choices also have those red borders around em, but those can still be build so... Thx in advance. Regards FaantBoy501

It works for me nicely on OpenTTD. Could you post screenshot? (SAC will probably have some solutions...)

Well maybe am using it in the wrong manner. First I build a tunnel, then I select the INFRA tunnel entrance/exit tile and left-mouse click it on the tunnel entrance/exit. I get the useual error that you have to destroy the tunnel. Ive added some screenies, hope they help a bit. -Tryed Normal OpenTTD graphics and Opengfx ones. -Loading only the INFRA grf. -Getting no errors from other grf's if my whole list is loaded. Attachment:
File comment: This one shows the Red borders around some INFRA options and my grf setup.

File comment: I can get some brick looking items on either side of a tunnel by trying to build the INFRA tunnel entrance, but not on the tunnel itself.

Aha! I see the issue now. That piece is not the actual tunnel. It is a decoration piece to add on around the tunnel entrance.

It is confusing, I needed several attempts myself to figure out how it works. The object in question implies, that you get a tunnel entrance with the stone slope above. But, in fact, you only get the stone slope above the tunnel. The tunnel comes from any other tunnel GRF or even the base set in use. The tunnel should be included too with the object GRF.

The tunnel itself is a replacement of the original tunnel from the base set, and as such isn't eye candy... But you're right, looking at the eye candy .grf it sort of implies that it's a complete tunnel entrance... I might need to clarify that in the read-me file...

Tunnel cladding or tunnel decor... whatever... We'll have to make it sound like some stupid TV-commercial; "Actual tunnels aren't included in the package" (should be read - or heard" - as fast as possible...)
